‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’, ‘Inquilab Zindabad’: CJP leader Abhijeet Dipke dares Delhi Police to arrest him, says ‘We are not afraid’

Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) convener Abhijeet Dipke dared Delhi Police to arrest him and other party leaders after police personnel entered their flight following its landing in New Delhi ahead of their protest against Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar.

Dipke described the police action as a reflection of “dictatorship” and called it unprecedented.

In a video message, Dipke said, “You can see where the nation is heading. They are here to arrest us directly from the flight. This is something not even Indira Gandhi had done. This is a dictatorship where Delhi Police has entered the flight and is trying to arrest us.”

“Please arrest us, we are ready for it. We are not afraid of you,” he said, daring the police to take action.

The CJP leaders were heard raising slogans of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” and “Inquilab Zindabad” amid the confrontation.

Dhruv Rathee detained ahead of CJP protests against CEC Gyanesh Kumar as Delhi goes on high alert

YouTuber Dhruv Rathee was detained by Gurugram Police on Saturday ahead of his participation in the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) protests against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, media reports said.

Rathee's detention comes as the national capital has been placed under heightened security, with central forces deployed, internet services suspended and barricades erected across the city ahead of the CJP protests.

Delhi on high alert ahead of CJP protest against CEC Gyanesh Kumar; Metro, internet restrictions announced

Security has been tightened across Delhi ahead of the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP)-led protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar at Jantar Mantar on Saturday. The demonstration marks the group's second major showdown this year, following its protest over the NEET paper leak controversy.

According to media reports, the national capital has been placed under heightened security, with the Centre deploying more than 40,000 Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) personnel, along with drones, ahead of the demonstration in the heart of the city.
