New York, Oct 13 (IBNS) Disappointing readers of popular Playboy magazine, it is likely to stop publishing images naked women as part of its redesign, media reports said.

"As part of a redesign that will be unveiled next March, the print edition of Playboy will still feature women in provocative poses. But they will no longer be fully nude,"  the New York Times reported.

“That battle has been fought and won,” said Scott Flanders, the company’s chief executive was quoted as saying by the newspaper.

He said: “You’re now one click away from every sex act imaginable for free. And so it’s just passé at this juncture,”he said.

Cory Jones, a top editor at Playboy, had met Playboy founder and current editor-in-chief Hugh Hefner and suggested him the move last month, the newspaper reported.

Hefner has reportedly agreed.
