Jammu and Kashmir: Director NIT Srinagar unveils bulletin of HSS&M deptt

Srinagar: Director of Natiinal Institute of Technology (NIT) Srinagar Prof. Rakesh Sehgal has unveiled the Bulletin2021 of the department of Humanities, Social Sciences and Management (HSS&M).

Registrar NIT Srinagar Prof. Kaiser Bukhari, HoD HSS&M Prof Abdul Liman and the concerned faculty were also present on the occasion.

The Bulletin-2021 highlights the journey and growth of the department in the last two years.

‘It highlights how the department was able to invite world class academicians and practitioners from different fields to interact with the students, scholars, and academicians,” the handout reads.

Besides others, the eminent speakers/visitors who were present at the occasion were Prof.A Parasuraman, Prof. Zillur Rahman, Prof Xiaobo Wu, Prof Shabbir Hassan and Prof. Justin Paul. Prof. Sehgal congratulated the department for the position they have achieved in a very short span of time.

“The department was setting an example among IITs and NITs as how vibrant the Humanities, Social Sciences & Management department should be,” the handout reads.
