Century Textiles & Industries Q4 net registers growth by 109.42 pc

Mumbai, May 3 (UNI)Century Textiles & Industries has posted a rise of 109.42 per cent in its net profit for the quarter ended March 31, 2019 at Rs 227.62 crore as against Rs108.69 crore for the period ended March 31, 2018.

Total income for the quarter ended March 31, 2019 grew by 1.53 per cent to Rs 1008.54 crore as compared to Rs 993.32 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2018.

For the year ended March 31, 2019 the company has posted a rise of 79.91 per cent in its net profit at Rs 668.67 crore as against Rs 371.66 crore for the 12 months period ended March 31, 2018.

Total income for the year ended March 31, 2019 was marginally up by 1.19 pc to Rs 4040.20 crore as compared to Rs.3992.62 crore for the year ended March 31, 2018.
