New Delhi, May 19 (UNI) An estimated 40.47 per cent of more than 10 crore electorate exercised their franchise till 0100 hrs on Sunday in 59 Parliamentary Constituencies spread across seven states and one union territory in the last leg of the Lok Sabha elections.
