New Delhi, Aug 6 (IBNS): As the Parliament passed the Jammu & Kashmir Reorganisation Bill which bifurcates the state and proposed the formation of a new "Union Territory of Ladakh” while scrapping its special status, Congress continues to remain divided on the issue with party leader Jyotiraditya M. Scindia on Tuesday announcing that he supports the Centre's decision on the same.
