Israeli envoy Naor Gilon discusses collaboration opportunities in innovation sector Indo-Israel AgriTech Co-Incubation Summit

Israel's envoy to New Delhi Naor Gilon recently attended the Indo-Israel AgriTech Co-Incubation Summit when he discussed collaboration opportunities in the innovation sector.

The Israeli Embassy in India posted on X: " Today, Ambassador @NaorGilon attended the Indo-Israel AgriTech Co-Incubation Summit as the guest of honor, accompanied by our Innovation attaché, @GidonyDoron. During his address, the Amb highlighted Israel's role in the program and discussed collaboration opportunities in the innovation sector."

The Embassy said: "Alongside Chief Guest @satyaki_rastogi, @sidbiofficial, he also presented awards to the top three startups."

During his address, the envoy highlighted the expertise the nation showed in fighting its agricultural challenges.

"Israel coped with these challenges by developing technologies to overcome them,” he was quoted as saying by ANI.

 “Very known here, of course, the smart irrigation. Smart irrigation that Israel has led," he said.

Referring to water management steps taken by Israel, he said: "Israel today is the world leader in reusing water in order to save and have more resources."
