'Entire Nation With PM': Shatrughan Sinha as Rahul Gandhi continues attack over Ladakh face off

| @indiablooms | Jun 19, 2020, at 09:29 pm

New Delhi/IBNS: While Congress leader Rahu Gandhi has been continuing his attack on the Indian government for its handling of  Chinese aggression in Ladakh, party leader and veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha expressed support for Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

We must talk in one voice on the sensitive matter of #IndoChina. The entire nation is with the Hon'ble PM @narendramodi. I had appealed earlier too, that we need to be cautious while talking & all must be united," Mr Sinha tweeted.

After a violent face off between China late Monday night in Ladakh's Galwan Valley, which killed 20 Indian soldiers, Rahul Gandhi slammed the government, saying that it is "crystal clear" that the government was "fast asleep" and jawans paid the price.

Hours before his mother and Congress interim chief Sonia Gandhi was to attend the all party meeting called by the Prime Minister, Rahul Gandhi posted the fresh charge.

On Thursday, Rahul Gandhi had tweeted that the soldiers were sent "unarmed to martyrdom", however, he was schooled for his wrong facts by External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, who said it was a "Long-standing practice (as per 1996 & 2005 agreements) not to use firearms during faceoffs".
