Nepal: Bombs defused at various places in Kathmandu, 2 arrested

Kathmandu, Aug 14 (IBNS): The Nepal Army's bomb disposal squads on Tuesday defused bombs from Naikap Balkhu Bridge in Chandragiri Municipality and Nayapati in Gokarneshwar Municipality of Kathmandu district, media reports said.

Two persons have also been nabbed from Jamal in possession of explosives today, Chief of Metropolitan Police Range, Kathmandu, Bishwo Raj Pokharel  was quoted as saying by The Himalayan Times.

The arrested people were identified as Ushakiran and Tara Sanjel.

IEDs were reportedly found them.
