At least 30 people were injured in the bombing yesterday at 8.20am on a District Line train at rush hour as it pulled into Parsons Green.

The teen remains in custody at a local police station and will be transferred to a south London police station.

“This arrest will lead to more activity from our officers. For strong investigative reasons we will not give any more details on the man we arrested at this stage," the Deputy Assistant Commissioner said.
