Chinese nationals involved in ATM fraud in Nepal, raises international concern

Kathmandu, Sept 20: Chinese hackers are allegedly committing international cyber thefts and it was evident after five nationals were arrested by Nepali police recently for their involvement in hacking bank data and withdrawing millions of rupees from various Automated Teller Machine (ATM) booths using fake VISA cards in Kathmandu city.
