IPL: CSK beat Mumbai Indians

Dubai, Apr 25 (IBNS): Chennai Super Kings (CSK) defeated Mumbai Indians by seven wickets in an Indian Premier League (IPL) match here on Friday.

Chasing Mumbai's 141 for seven, Chennai reached the target of 142 runs by losing three wickets in 19  overs.

Brendon McCullum   hammered a unbeaten 53-ball 71 runs innings which helped CSK reach the target easily at the end of the match. He hit eight boundaries and two sixes in his knock.

McCullum and MS Dhoni (14*) added 28 runs in the which helped CSK reach the target at the end.

Harbhajan Singh picked up two wickets for Mumbai.

Mumbai earlier scored 141 for seven in  20 overs.

Skipper Rohit Sharma remained the top -scorer for the side with his 50.

Mohit Sharma's brilliant bowling, with his figure reading 14 for  four, restricted the current IPL champions below 150-run mark.
