Tumbbad earns Rs 1.80 cr at box office

Mumbai, Oct 14 (IBNS): Film Tumbbad has earned Rs 1.80 crore at the Indian box office in two days since its release on Friday.

The film earned Rs 65 lakhs and Rs 1.15 crores on Friday and Saturday respectively.

Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted, "#Tumbbad witnesses an upward trend on Day 2... Growth on Day 2 [vis-à-vis Day 1]: 76.92%... Day 3 should be better... Fri 65 lakhs, Sat 1.15 cr. Total: ₹ 1.80 cr. India biz."

Tumbbad is a historical period fantasy horror film.

Rahi Anil Barve's Tumbbad stars Sohum Shah in the lead role. 

The film has been released in three languages, Hindi, Telegu and Tamil.
