Tiger Zinda Hai promises to shatter records, earns Rs. 33 crores on opening day

Mumbai, Dec 23 (IBNS): Promising to shatter all Box Office records, Salman Khan's latest released movie Tiger Zinda Hai minted Rs 33.75 crore on day one
of its release.

It has already made it to the top five openers of the year.

Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted: "Tiger ROARS... Flexes its muscles at the BO and takes an EXTRAORDINARY start... #TigerZindaHai Fri ₹ 33.75 cr. India biz. 4600 screens."

Baahubali 2, however, remained at the top of the list with 41 crores.

The action-drama is witnessing a reunion of Katrina Kaif and Salman on the big screen after a long time.

Ali Abbas Zafar‏ directorial film is centred on 2014 abduction of nurses by ISIL.

This is the second installment of Tiger film series.
