Tahira Kashyap posts inspirational bold image on social media to showcase her fight against cancer

Narrating how she is dealing with the scars, Tahira posted an image of her bareback where the scar is visible clearly on her Twitter page.

Her caption with the image is equally motivating for any person fighting against the disease.

" Today is my day!Wish you all a happy #worldcancerday with the hope to celebrate it in an embracing wayThese scars are my badges of honour. It was tough but this picture was my decision as I want to celebrate not the disease but the spirit with which I endured. @atulkasbekar," she tweeted.

Last weekend she even dared to walk down the ramp of the Lakme Fashion Week to showcase the powerful lady that she is. 

Tahira shared several images of her ramp adventure on her social media pages.

Sporting her bald look, Tahira looked absolutely stunning in her all-white attire.

Tahira said she felt nice walking down the ramp for the first time in her life.

"What a beautiful experience! Walked for @bodicebodice with @reebok shoes for @lakmefashionwk This was a first for me and trust me I had always wondered how it would feel to be on the ramp, well it does feel nice," she tweeted.

Recently, she embraced her bald look and had shared an image of her avatar on Twitter.

She had captioned it as: "Hello world! That’s a new me with the old self! Was getting tired of the extensions. Well this is how it is & it’s so liberating, so much so that I don’t have to duck the shower while bathing or while picking up the soap! Never thought I had go bald, but this feels good."

Ayushmann and Tahira completed 10 years of their married life last year.

Apart from the sweet and heart touching message for his wife, the actor had also posted a throwback photo from their big day on Twitter to mark the celebration.

He captioned the image as: "Ek dashak guzara hai tumhare saath. Happy anniversary."
