Sanju grosses Rs. 333.55 cr in four weeks

Mumbai, July 23 (IBNS): Rajkumar Hirani directorial Hindi film Sanju has grossed Rs. 333.55 cr at the Indian box office in four weeks since its release.

Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted, "#Sanju is SUPER-STRONG... [Week 4] Fri 1.28 cr, Sat 2.19 cr, Sun 3.28 cr. Total: ₹ 333.55 cr. India biz. ALL TIME BLOCKBUSTER. #Sanju biz at a glance... Week 1: ₹ 202.51 cr Week 2: ₹ 92.67 cr Week 3: ₹ 31.62 cr Weekend 4: ₹ 6.75 cr Total: ₹ 333.55 cr India biz."

The movie is based on the life of Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt.

Actor Ranbir Kapoor has essayed Sanjay's character in the film.

Apart from Ranbir, the film stars Paresh Rawal, Dia Mirza, Sonam Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and others in distinct roles.

The film has hit the big screens on Jun 29.
