Salman's raped woman comment : Women's panel gives seven days to apologise

Mumbai, June 21 (IBNS) Salman Khan's comment comparing his training-sapped body with that of a raped woman has evoked the ire of the Women's Commission, which threatens to summon the actor if he does not apologise.

Reports said The actor has been given seven days by the National Commission for Women to apologise.

Salman, however, retracted the rape remark in an audio clip of the interview.

The Dabang hero triggered a massive  outrage inviting fusillades flying at him particularly on the social media  for his comment that training for his wrestling movie Sultan left him feeling like a "raped woman".

The Bollywood super star, who was recently interviewed by Spotboye, was quoted as saying, "When I used to walk out of the ring, after the shoot, I used to feel like a raped woman. I couldn’t walk straight."

The comment drew flak from the females as they demanded apology from the star for being 'inhuman'.
