Rajinikanth appeals people to maintain peace irrespective of Ayodhya verdict

Chennai, Nov 8 (UNI) Tamil superstar Rajinikanth on Friday appealed to the people to maintain peace, irrespective of the verdict on the Ayodhya issue.

Talking to reporters here, he said whatever be the verdict all people should maintain peace.

With the verdict on Ayodhya row expected next week, the Union Home Ministry has issued a circular to all states to take all precautionary measures to maintain peace.

The Tamilnadu government has already taken steps to tighten security across the State and DGP J K Tripathy has ordered that no leave should be granted to police personnel from November 10 till further orders.
