Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood star Alia Bhatt is set to showcase her action-packed avatar on the big screen as Yash Raj Films (YRF) unveiled the teaser of its much-anticipated action thriller Alpha on Wednesday.
First Origin Story in YRF Spy Universe
The teaser introduces the first origin story of a young assassin within the YRF Spy Universe.
The film follows the journey of a deadly killer, played by Alia, who is raised and trained to eliminate targets from a young age.

Alia's Deadly New Avatar
The teaser sets up Alia's character as a fierce assassin who has been moulded into a lethal weapon by Bobby Deol's character.
YRF is expected to unveil more details about Sharvari's role in the coming days as part of the film's marketing campaign.
High-Stakes Face-Off
Apart from Alia and Sharvari, Alpha also stars Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol in pivotal roles.
The film is expected to culminate in an intense confrontation between the two leading women and Bobby Deol's character.
Alia's First Film With YRF
Alpha marks Alia Bhatt's maiden collaboration with Yash Raj Films, one of Bollywood's biggest production houses.
The movie is also being promoted as India's first full-fledged female-led action spectacle, with Alia and Sharvari performing high-octane action sequences rarely seen from female protagonists in mainstream Hindi cinema.

Directed by Shiv Rawail
The film has been directed by Shiv Rawail, who previously earned critical acclaim for YRF's hit series The Railway Men.
Produced by Aditya Chopra, Alpha is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on July 3, 2026.
