Priyanka resting at home after accident on Quantico set

Los Angeles, Jan 14 (IBNS): Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra was involved in an accident and was rushed to a hospital at the set of her American TV series 'Quantico', media reports said.

According to reports, she was rushed to a hospital and was later released.

Sources told TMZ that Priyanka was rushed to the ER late Thursday night after she slipped and fell so hard on her head during a stunt, she suffered a concussion.

TMZ reported she is resting at her home.

Priyanka and her performance in Quantico made her gain international fame.
