Mumbai, Jan 11 (IBNS): Aamir Khan's 'PK' seems to be on a record-breaking spree with the film touching Rs. 600 crore mark worldwide.
According to Koimoi.com, the film has grossed Rs. 601 crores so far.

It has managed to make a whopping business of Rs. 150 crores from the overseas market.

"Aamir Khan once again beats his own record as PK surpassed the collections of Dhoom 3 which itself had made a huge collection of 542 crores worldwide," Koimoi.com reported.

Aamir's PK has surpassed even the actor's past records and has emerged as the highest grosser ever in Bollywood.

The film has made Rs. 313.50 crore business only in India.

PK, which opened with a bang as the first day collection broke all records and earned Rs. 26.63 cr on a working Friday, has been on a box office high since its release.

It was the fastest film to make an entry into the much-hyped Rs. 200 crore club.

The film has surpassed Aamir's own record of Dhoom 3, which had earned Rs 277 crore till its second Thursday.

Even as director Rajkumar Hirani's PK was severely criticised by the saffron brigade for hurting religious sentiments, the film has been extremely loved by the audience.

PK broke several record already. For instance, it bagged the 'Highest non Holiday Monday' collection for any Film (21.22 cr), 'Highest day 7 collection' ever for any film. (27.55 cr), 'Highest Christmas Holiday collection' ever and the 'Highest Opening Week for any Hindi Film- 182.58 cr'.
