Mumbai, Feb 2 (IBNS): Deepika Padukone's latest released epic movie Padmaavat has earned Rs. 166 crores at the Box Office so far.

The movie released on Jan 25.

And in a week, Padmaavat has earned strong response from the box office despite protests and non screening of the film in few states.

The movie, which was earlier titled Padmavati, was earlier scheduled to release on Dec 1. The movie, amid protests over content by some fringe group, was released in the new year amid violence and strong demonstrations against it in few states.
