Padmaavat earns Rs 260 crores at BO

Mumbai, Feb 14 (IBNS): Actress Deepika Padukone's latest released movie Padmaavat has earned Rs.  260 crores at the Box Office so far.

" #Padmaavat is UNSTOPPABLE.. [Week 3] Fri 3.50 cr, Sat 6.30 cr, Sun 8 cr, Mon 3.20 cr, Tue 3.75 cr. Total: ₹ 260.75 cr. India biz," film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted.

Hit by controversies, the movie, after a change of its title and release date, finally released on Jan 25 to get positive response from fans.

The movie is directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

It is the first major release of the year.

Deepika is playing the role of of Padmavati.

The film also featured actors Ranveer Singh and Shahd Kapoor in the lead roles.
