New poster of PM Modi's biopic releases

Mumbai, May 22 (IBNS): The new poster of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's biopic was released by the filmmakers on Wednesday.

Actor Vivek Oberoi will be seen in Modi's role in the biopic, which is titled as PM Narendra Modi.

Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted the new poster saying, "All set for 24 May 2019... New poster of #PMNarendraModi... Vivek Anand Oberoi essays the title role... Directed by Omung Kumar B."

From his childhood days to the moments as Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) workers to the Indian Prime Minister, all are captured in over two-minute trailer of PM Narendra Modi.

Modi's run as the Gujarat Chief Minister was captured in the trailer. The major Godhra riot which had marred Modi's initial days as the Chief Minister with controversy has also been touched upon. 

Produced by Suresh Oberoi and Anand Pandit, the film, which is directed by biopic maestro Omung Kumar, will hit the theaters on May 24.
