Kajol starrer Helicopter Eela gets fresh release date
Mumbai, Aug 24 (IBNS): The release date of actress Kajol starrer upcoming Hindi film Helicopter Eela has been deferred by the movie makers.
The film, which was earlier slated for Sept 7 release, will now hit the big screens on Oct 12.
Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted, "New release date for #HelicopterEela: 12 Oct 2018... Since director Pradeep Sarkar is diagnosed with dengue, Ajay Devgn has taken a decision to resume work on the film after Sarkar is discharged from hospital... Ajay Devgn and Jayantilal Gada have now shifted the film to 12 Oct."

Apart from Kajol, Helicopter Eela stars national award winning actor Riddhi Sen.
Kajol, who is returning to Hindi films after three years, will be seen playing the role of a single mother in Helicopter Eela.
The 44-year old actress was last seen in Dilwale, opposite superstar Shah Rukh Khan.
Riddhi, who won the national award for best actor for his role in Bengali film Nagarkirtan, made his debut in Bollywood with Sujoy Ghosh directorial Kahaani. Riddhi had played a short role in Kahaani, which starred actress Vidya Balan in the lead role.
The young actor, who is just 20 now, also played a significant role in Radhika Apte's Parched, which released in 2016.
A surprise element for the viewers in Helicopter Eela will be acting legend Amitabh Bachchan's cameo in the film, which has been directed by Pradeep Sarkar.
Helicopter Eela will be produced by Kajol's husband and actor Ajay Devgn along with Jayantilal Gada, Dhaval Gada and Akshay Gada.
