First look of Kangana Ranaut's Manikarnika releases

Mumbai, Aug 15 (IBNS): The first look of actress Kangana Ranaut starrer Hindi film Manikarnika has been released by the makers of the movie.

Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted the first look on Twitter.

Adarsh said: "Kangna Ranaut as #Manikarnika - The Queen Of Jhansi... Here's the first look poster... Directed by Krish... 25 Jan 2019 release... #RepublicDayWeekend"

Kangana will be playing the role of the Queen of North Indian princely state Jhansi (now a district in Uttar Pradesh) in the film.

Manikarnika will release on Jan 25, 2019, a day before the Republic Day.

The film has been directed by Krish.
