Emraan Hashmi working on documentary on cancer

Mumbai, July 2 (IBNS): Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi on Sunday said he is currently working on a documentary which will aim at rising awareness on cancer.

In his personal life, Hashmi's son  Ayaan was diagnosed with cancer.

He had witnessed his son's treatment for the disease quite closely.

He had even penned down a book named  "The Kiss of Life: How A Superhero and My Son Defeated Cancer".

Speaking on the documentary, the actor tweeted: "Work on a docu on cancer has begun. It's in it's initial stages. it's imp to create awareness about 'the C word'."
