Dangal to release in China today

Mumbai, May 5 (IBNS): After wooing the Indian audience, Aamir Khan's blockbuster Dangal released in China on Friday.

"#Dangal releases in China today... #PK had created history in China by crossing ₹ 100 cr mark... How will #Dangal fare? Response awaited!" trade analyst and Bollywood movie reviewer Taran Adarsh's tweet read.

"The biopic on Phogats, India's foremost wrestling family, took just 10 days to race past the INR 250 crore mark, collecting a whooping Rs 741 crore in its lifetime.

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, it stars Aamir Khan as former Indian wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat and Fatima Sana Sheikh and Sanya Malhotra as wrestlers Geeta and Babita Phogat respectively.

Dangal released on Dec 23, 2016 in India.
