Aamir Khan lauds Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's Mirzya title track
The latest talking point about the film is its title track, Mirzya and the newest to join the bandwagon is superstar Aamir Khan.
The actor who is known to be vocal on appreciating good content, took to social media to express his appreciation for Mirzya's title track.
Aamir posted, "Mehra always comes up with the best music! Great track."
The song has been shot at exotic virgin locations and features lead debutants, actors Harshvardhan Kapoor and Saiyami Kher.
The visuals are backed by hard-hitting vocals given by Daler Mehndi, with lyrics by none other than the legendary - Gulzar and music by Shankar Ehsaan Loy.
Aamir Khan and film maker Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra are known to have a good bonding.
The duo, had earlier joined hands and created magic on celluloid by delivering Rang De Basanti, a cult classic.
Mirzya is Inspired by the folk tale of the legend of Mirza – Sahiban, Mirzya is an epic action-romance set in contemporary times.
The film unfolds filled with heightened drama & action packed sequences in the visually rich terrain of Rajasthan, contrasted with flashes of the fantastical universe of the folklore set in the awe-inspiring landscape of Ladakh.
Cinestaan Film company and ROMP Pictures present Mirzya, directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, the film is set to release on October 7th 2016.
