Pakistan MNA Mohsin Dawar protests for not issuing production order for opposition MNA Ali Wazir

Islamabad/IBNS: Pakistan's Independent Member of National Assembly (MNA) Mohsin Dawar protested on not summoning opposition MNA Ali Wazir during the joint session of Parliament on Wednesday, according to Pak newspaper The News International.

Before presenting his amendment in the joint sitting, Dawar told the National Assembly Speaker that the united opposition had submitted a plea before him for the production order of Ali Wazir but the speaker did not issue the order, reports The News International.

Mohsin Dawar was quoted as saying by the Pak media outlet that it was a moment of sorrow and shame that MNA Ali Wazir was not present in the joint session on Wednesday, and there was no representation of Waziristan.

Dawar said that he had been sent behind bars for one year for just one speech, and it was unfair that TTP, TLP and Jadhav were being released but an MNA was not, reports The News International.
