Pakistan: Five killed for honour in Balochistan, probe going on

Dera Murad Jamali, Pakistan: At least three men and two women were killed in the name of honour in Jaffarabad, Mast­ung and Hub areas of Pakistan in recent days, police said.

Police told The Dawn that a man gunned down his young wife and a nephew in the Goth Faqir Mohammad area of Jaffarabad district on Friday evening.

A man and his wife were slaughtered on the outskirts of Mastung town, the newspaper reported.

A woman, Mah Jan, was allegedly gunned down by her second husband in Hub on Saturday, the news report mentioned.

Investigations into the incidents are currently going on.
