Explosion rocks Kabul, casualty feared

Kabul, Nov 16 (IBNS): An explosion outside a restaurant in Kabul city has rocked Afghanistan's capital on Thursday afternoon, reports said.

According to local Tolo News, the explosion took place in Kabul’s PD4 shortly after 1.30pm on Thursday.

Eyewitnesses said that a large number of Jamiat-e-Islami party members had gathered there, including the former advisor to President Ashraf Ghani, Zia Massoud.

At least three cars have been destroyed as local officials said that they fear casualty.
