Bangladesh: Three JMB men arrested

Dhaka/IBNS: Bangladesh security officials have arrested three members of the banned terror outfit Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh, media reports said on Monday.

They were taken into custody from Vhatara’s Saidnogar area on Sunday night, Additional Police Commissioner Monirul Islam told bdnews24 news portal.

The detainees have been identified as JMB Ameer Abu Raihan alias Mahmud alias Hadii, Habibur Rahman alias Chan Mia, and Razibul Rahman alias Rajib alias Sagor, reported the newsportal.


Police said 150 detonators, a commando knife, and 20 packets of explosive gel were recovered from them.
