Bangladesh: Minor gang-raped in Dhaka

Dhaka/IBNS: A minor girl was allegedly gang-raped in Bangladesh capital Dhaka city on Friday, media reports said.

The victim, 11, was admitted to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) on Friday night, DMCH police outpost in-charge Inspector Bachchu Mia told Dhaka Tribune.

Elder sister of the rape survivor said her sister was picked up by some men on Thursday night when she went outside of their house, reported the newspaper.

With injuries in her body, she was recovered from the road.

The victim told her family that she was raped by four men.
