Kabul/IBNS: In a suspected attack by Taliban terrorists, a local police commander and two others were killed in Afghanistan's western province of Badghis on Sunday, media reports said.

The attack took place in Muqor district against a security forces’ checkpoint and “clashes continued for more than two hours,” Najmuddin Burhani, governor spokesperson told Tolo News.

“There are no reports of Taliban casualties from the attack yet,” he said.

The Taliban did not comment on the matter so far.
