Rashmika Mandanna begins Mysaa shooting with participation in puja ceremony

Southern actress Rashmika Mandanna, who is also making a strong mark in Bollywood, has started shooting for her upcoming movie Mysaa.

The movie is written and directed by Rawindra Pulle.

The movie went to the floors following a ceremony in Hyderabad on Sunday.

Sharing stills of the ceremony, UnFormula Films, the banner backing the film, wrote on X: "#MYSAA Pooja Ceremony begins with blessings, love and the promise of a beautiful story."

According to reports, producer Suresh Babu flipped the inaugural clap board, while director Ravi Kiran Kola switched on the camera, and director Hanu Raghavapudi handed over the bound script of the film which marked the commencement of the shooting of the movie.

Details about the plot or even the cast of the movie remain unknown.

The Hindu reported that Rashmika will play the role of a tribal woman in the movie.

The movie is scheduled to be released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada.
