Rahul Gandhi meets filmmaker Pa. Ranjith in Delhi

New Delhi, July 11 (IBNS): Amid busy political schedule, Congress president Rahul Gandhi met with Indian film director Pa. Ranjith in the national capital on Tuesday.

Rahul has also met with actor Kalaiyarasan.

Sharing couple of pictures in the micro-blogging site, the Congress president tweeted, "I met film director P A Ranjith the man behind blockbuster films like Madras, Kabali and Kaala and actor Kalaiyarasan, in Delhi yesterday. We talked about politics, films and society. I enjoyed the interaction and look forward to continuing our dialogue."

Ranjith has directed films in Tamil language so far. Some of his notable works include Madras, Kabali and Kaala.

Both Kabali and Kaala had Tamil superstar and iconic actor Rajinikanth in the lead role.
