President pays homage to Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed on his birth anniversary

New Delhi, May 13 (IBNS): President Ram Nath Kovind paid homage to Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed, former President of India on his birth anniversary at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Sunday.

The President, officers and staff of Rashtrapati Bhavan paid floral tributes in front of a portrait of Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed.

Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed was the fifth President of India from 1974 to 1977.

He was also the second President of India to die in office.
