PM Narendra Modi briefly meets Donald Trump, attends gala dinner to mark 50th anniversary of ASEAN

Manila, Nov 12 (IBNS): Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday briefly met US President Donald Trump here.

Modi met other world leaders  on the sidelines of a gala dinner to mark the 50th anniversary of the ASEAN.

The world leaders in the list included Chinese Premier Li Keqiang.

Modi also met Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak during the meeting.

In the pictures shared by official Twitter page of Modi, the PM and other world leaders could be spotted wearing Barong Tagalong.
It is an embroidered shirt that is also the national dress of the Philippines.

Sharing the image, Modi tweeted:"Interacting with world leaders in Manila."

In his another tweet, the PM said: "With world leaders at the Gala Dinner in Manila."
