Magnitude 3 earthquake hits Chamba
Chamba, May 12 (IBNS): An earthquake measuring 3 on the Richter Scale hit Chamba area of Madhya Pradesh on Saturday, officials said.
As per the India Meteorological Department (IMD) website, the earthquake hit at an area whose epicentre was latitude 32.3 degrees north andlongitude 76.6 degrees east.
The quake at a depth of 5 kms.
The quake hit at 3:57 hours.
No casualty has been reported.
