Two homeless men die after speeding car run over them in Karachi

At least two homeless men lost their lives after a speeding car ran over them in Pakistan's Karachi city on Tuesday.

Three others sustained injuries.

They were reportedly sleeping on the footpath of the city when the incident happened.

According to details, the accident happened near Nagan pull area of Karachi where a car skidded off the road and ran over homeless people sleeping on the footpath, killing two persons on the spot and injuring three others, reported Ary News.

Police said all the five deceased or injured were brothers.

Police said the driver fled the scene after the incident.

Police have launched an investigation to nab the culprits.
