Nepal: Bus mishap leaves 30 hurt

Kathmandu/IBNS: A bus mishap in Nepal's Nawalparasi district has left 30 people hurt, media reports said on Saturday.

The bus was reportedly carrying Nepal Army personnel.

The incident occurred when the bus (Na 6 Kha 404), en route to Kathmandu from Surkhet, lost its control and fell below the road at around 3:00 am on Saturday morning, The Himalayan Times reported.

According to Kawasoti-based District Police Office, the team of army personnel were on their way to Kathmandu-based barrack from Surkhet for a training, reported the newspaper.

The injured people were taken to different hospitals for treatment.
