Dhaka: Police, miscreants exchange fire
Dhaka, July 1 (IBNS): The police and few miscreants exchanged bullets in Gulshan area of Bangladesh capital Dhaka on Friday, media reports said.
Gulshan police station sub-inspector (SI) Saidur Rahman told Prothom Alo that a group of miscreants suddenly attacked a Gulshan restaurant at Road 79 leading to the exchange of gunfire with the police.
The entire has been cordoned off.
The attackers have reportedly taken few hostage inside the restaurant, reports said.
