Kabul, Jan 26 (IBNS): At least four people died as a blast hit a volleyball ground in Afghanistan's northern Baghlan province, media reports said on Saturday.

The incident occurred on Friday.

The incident reportedly left 20 others hurt.

In the meantime, the 209th Shaheen Corps of the Afghan Military in the North in a statement said the incident has taken place in an area controlled by Taliban, reported Khaama Press.

The statement further added that a local commander of Taliban identified as Mullah Ainouddin has been killed in the explosion along with three others and five Taliban insurgents have sustained injuries, said the Afghanistan-based news agency.

The Taliban, however, did not comment on the incident so far.
