Afghanistan: 2 killed in Nangarhar attack

Kabul, Dec 31 (IBNS) : At least two people were killed in a Taliban attack in Afghanistan's Bati Kot district on Wednesday, media reports said.

According to reports, five others were injured in the mishap.

Ahmad Zia Abdulzai, spokesman for the eastern Nangarhar province was quoted as to Khaama Press that two persons were killed and five others injured in a Taliban attack in Bati Kot district of the eastern province on Wednesday.

The injured people were taken to Nangarhar Regional Hospital.
