20 killed in Pakistan bombing
Islamabad, Apr 9 (IBNS) At least 20 people were killed and over 100 others were injured in a bomb blast at a fruit market near Pir Wadhai town in Rawalpindi district of Pakistan on Wednesday morning, said reports.
"Police said 5 kilograms of explosives were planted in a fruit box and the bomb was detonated with a remote device at 8:15 am," reported Pakistan based Geo News.
"The blast left a 1.5-metre (five-foot) diameter crater at the site," it said.
As per reports, of the injured, many are critical.
