Rio 25 metre pistol event: Gurpreet Singh fails to qualify

Rio, Aug 13 (IBNS): Shooting events brought disappointment for India again as shooter Gurpreet Singh could not qualify for the final round of the men's 25 metre Rapid Fire Pistol event of the ongoing Rio Olympics here on Saturday.

With 581 points, he finished at the seventh spot in the qualification round.

The top six players qualified for the next round.
