KKR script 1 wicket win against Kings
In the one wicket win, Kolkata chased down Kings XI Punjab's 183 for five and scored 184 runs for the loss of nine wickets.
Yusuf Pathan (29) ,Russell and then Piyush Chawla (18) managed to reach the target in an encounter which thrilled the spectators at Eden Gardens.
Russell hit five boundaries and four sixes in his knock.
Anureet Singh and Gurkeerat Singh took two wickets each for Punjab.
Earlier, riding on Murali Vijay (28), Manan Vohra (39), Wriddhiman Saha (33) , Glenn Maxwell (43) and David Miller (27) contributed with their willows to post 183 on the scorecard.
