Fourth Test: England in trouble in first session of day 1 against India

Ahmedabad/IBNS: England skipper Joe Root won the toss and elected to bat first in the crucial fourth Test against India at Narendra Modi Stadium here Thursday.

However, England faced fire from the Indian bowlers right in the first session.

As per the last update, England lost three wickets quickly in 30 runs.

Zak Crawley, Dominic Sibley and Root were dismissed cheaply.

While Indian spin bowler Axar Patel picked two wickets, Siraj sent the English skipper back to the pavilion.
