New Delhi, Oct 13 (IBNS) Indian cricketer Dinesh Mongia has denied allegations of match fixing leveled against him by New Zealand cricketer Lou Vincent.

"What he (Vincent) has said is totally wrong and false. I don't know why he is implicating me without any rhyme or reason. I was not involved in any match-fixing," Mongia told The Times of India.

"I did play for the Chandigarh Lions (the ICL team which allegedly fixed matches during the tournament), but I don't have any idea what the New Zealanders (Chris Cairns, Daryl Tuffey and Vincent) were doing. Off the field, I never ever interacted with any Kiwi player... I have zero links with any Kiwi cricketer. That's what the truth is," he said.

I a London courtroom, Vincent  has accused Mongia of fixing matches while playing in the bnw defunct  Indian Cricket League (ICL).
